We only collect information you choose to give us when you book or prepare for a session. This may include:

Session-preparation details you email us — such as height, weight, date of birth, and a photo — used solely to personalize your Inner Voice or Full Body scan in the frequency software
The content of emails and messages you exchange with us
Scheduling details when you book through our calendar

With the frequency-wellness software provider (Solex / AO Scan) needed to generate your personalized scan
With scheduling and communication tools that process information on our behalf

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

SMS / Text Messaging and Your Consent

How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Own Your Life, LLC when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (636) 393-8527. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to submit your information or consent to receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
