The Frequency of Me™

$4,9974-month journey

A deeply personalized four-month journey into knowing, trusting, and becoming more fully YOU.

Together, we uncover your Divine Design—your natural gifts, patterns, purpose, decision-making style, and genius—and then help you embody it in the way you live, lead, create, and do business.

Because your next level isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about trusting who you already are—and having the confidence to fully express it.

Apply for Frequency of Me™

This isn’t another course

In Connie’s words.

This is the deepest work I do.

And it isn’t a course where I’m going to give you another formula for who you’re supposed to become.

It’s four months of deeply personalized work designed to help you uncover, understand, trust, and embody who you already are underneath everything you’ve been told you should be.

We begin with your Divine Design.

I bring together your Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, archetypal energy, and Tikkun to look at the bigger picture of you—your natural gifts, patterns, decision-making style, purpose, and genius.

Most people have explored pieces of themselves.

What’s different here is seeing those pieces together.

Suddenly, things you’ve questioned about yourself can begin to make sense. Patterns become visible. Gifts you’ve minimized can be recognized. And instead of constantly looking outside yourself for answers, you can begin developing a deeper relationship with your own inner knowing.

Then we move from understanding your design to embodying it.

Your personalized SoulSongs™ are created from your Divine Design—original music I compose for you, drawing on more than 25 years of my experience as a professional musician.

They’re something you can return to again and again—a musical reminder of your truth, your gifts, and the frequency of who you are becoming more willing to fully express.

Because I don’t want you to simply have a beautiful report telling you who you are.

I want you to live it.

That’s why we spend the rest of our time integrating what we’ve uncovered.

Through six Integration Circles across twelve weeks, MindSync recordings, frequency support, and practical application, we begin bringing your Divine Design into the choices you’re actually making—in your life, your relationships, and your business.

And if you’re building a business, we translate your design into your Dream Ideal Client, your message, your brand, your signature program and the way you’re uniquely designed to serve.

The goal is not to make you more like me—or anyone else.

It’s to help you trust yourself more deeply.

Make decisions with greater confidence and clarity.

Express more of your gifts and genius.

Create from greater joy.

And become more fully YOU.

Every part of Frequency of Me™ is guided by your unique Divine Design.

No templates. No one-size-fits-all version of transformation.

Because there are no accidents in who you are.

You are Divinely Designed.

And it’s time to own it.

FAQ

Good questions, answered.

What is the Frequency of Me™ program?

Frequency of Me™ is a personalized four-month coaching and embodiment experience designed to help you understand, trust, and live your unique Divine Design.

We bring together your Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, Tikkun, and archetypal energies to reveal the deeper patterns, gifts, decision-making style, purpose, and genius that make you uniquely you.

Then we translate those insights into your real life and business—so your Divine Design becomes something you can actually use, not just something you understand intellectually.

Who is Frequency of Me™ for?

Frequency of Me™ is for people who have already done meaningful inner work and know there is another level of self-trust, expression, alignment, and embodiment available to them.

It may be a good fit if you:

Find yourself second-guessing decisions even though you’re highly self-aware
Know you have gifts or genius you’re not fully expressing
Want your life and business to feel more aligned with who you actually are
Are tired of trying to follow strategies that don’t feel like you
Want to understand your natural way of making decisions, communicating, leading, and serving
Are ready to stop becoming who you think you should be and become more fully you

What is Divine Design?

Your Divine Design is a personalized synthesis of several self-awareness systems, including Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, Tikkun, and archetypal energies.

Rather than looking at each system separately, I bring the patterns together to help reveal themes around your gifts, purpose, natural strengths, decision-making, communication style, relationships, leadership, business, and personal growth.

The goal isn’t to put you into another box.

It’s to give you language for what may already be true about you—so you can understand yourself more deeply and trust yourself more fully.

What is included in the Frequency of Me™ program?

Frequency of Me™ is a four-month personalized experience that includes:

Your Dream Ideal Client, messaging, and positioning map
2 personalized Divine Design AI coaching mentors
6 Frequency of Me™ Integration Circles across 12 weeks

Direct access to Connie throughout your journey

The investment is $4,997.

What are the two personalized AI mentors?

You’ll receive two personalized AI coaching mentors trained on your unique Divine Design, goals, messaging, business context, and my coaching methodology.

One is designed to support your personal life—helping you explore questions, choices, patterns, and possibilities through the lens of your own Divine Design.

The second is focused on your business—supporting you with your Dream Ideal Client, messaging, positioning, visibility, offers, marketing, content, and business decisions.

They’re designed to give you an ongoing way to access and apply your Divine Design between our live sessions and beyond the program.

They do not replace our coaching together. They extend it.

How does Frequency of Me™ help with my business?

Your Business Divine Design translates who you are into how you’re uniquely designed to serve and communicate.

Together, we explore your Dream Ideal Client, natural messaging style, positioning, visibility, offers, content, leadership, and the way you want to build your business.

Rather than giving you a generic marketing formula, the goal is to create a business strategy that sounds, feels, and operates more like you.

More Frequency of Me™ FAQs

Is SoulSong™ Quantum Integration included?

Yes.

Your complete SoulSong™ Quantum Integration Experience is included in Frequency of Me™ at no additional cost.

That includes your personalized SoulSong™, created from your story and Divine Design, with four professionally produced musical arrangements plus four binaurally engineered headphone versions—for a total of eight personalized tracks.

SoulSong™ can also be purchased as a standalone experience for $1,997 if you’re primarily called to the music and identity-integration experience rather than the full four-month journey.

What’s the difference between SoulSong™ and Frequency of Me™?

SoulSong™ Quantum Integration is focused on remembrance and identity integration through personalized music.

Frequency of Me™ is the deeper four-month experience of discovering, understanding, translating, and embodying your Divine Design across your life and business.

SoulSong™ is included inside Frequency of Me™.

A simple way to think about it:

SoulSong™: “I want to experience my story and Divine Design through music.”
Frequency of Me™: “I want to deeply understand who I am, trust myself more fully, and build my life and business from that understanding.”

Do I need to understand Human Design, Astrology, or Gene Keys before I join?

No.

You do not need any previous knowledge of Human Design, Astrology, Gene Keys, Tikkun, or archetypal work. I will need your exact date, time and location of your birth.

I’ll do the decoding and help translate what matters into practical language and real-life application.

You don’t have to become an expert in the systems.

The point is to become an expert in you.

Is Frequency of Me™ a course?

No.

Frequency of Me™ is not a self-paced course or a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

It’s a personalized four-month journey built around your Divine Design, goals, business, questions, and next chapter.

You’ll receive private coaching, personalized tools, integration support, your own AI mentors, group Integration Circles, and ongoing access to me throughout the experience.

What if I’ve already done a lot of personal-development work?

That’s actually common.

Many people who resonate with Frequency of Me™ have already explored coaching, personal growth, spirituality, Human Design, Astrology, energy work, or other transformational practices.

The issue often isn’t that you need more information.

It’s that you want to bring what you already know into greater self-trust, embodiment, expression, and aligned action.

Frequency of Me™ is designed to help bridge that gap.

What kind of results can I expect?

Every person’s experience will be different, and I don’t believe in promising a specific outcome.

The intention of Frequency of Me™ is to help you develop greater clarity around who you are, trust your decision-making more deeply, recognize and express more of your natural gifts, and make choices in your life and business that feel increasingly aligned with your Divine Design.

The deeper goal is not simply to understand your blueprint.

It’s to live it.

How do I know if Frequency of Me™ is right for me?

You don’t have to decide from a sales page.

If you’re curious about Frequency of Me™ and want help determining whether it fits what you need right now, start with a FREE 15-minute Quantum Clarity Call.

We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re wanting, where you may feel stuck or unclear, and whether Frequency of Me™, SoulSong™, another resource, or no offer at all feels like the right next step.

No pressure. No obligation. Just clarity.
